We had three cars from our household that needed repair. They worked with us to do one at a time for our convenience. Each one looked better than the previous - all looked showroom new afterwards. Very easy to work with; they went the extra mile in a variety of ways - I have not seen this work ethic, attention to detail, and unflinching personal attention to all we needed ever. First of all, this is a family run business, and you can really see that they care about their customers and their cars. My car was hit by the hail storm that came through on April 6th. At first I was devastated. I thought that there was no way that any paintless dent repair business would be able to get out all of the big AND small dents on my car. I was skeptical, to say the least. (Luckily, I was wrong) I was even thinking about trading it in or selling it because my car was brand new and spotless before the storm and I hated to look at it in the current state that it was in. The owner, Troy, and his team got every single dent out of my car. They even went above and beyond to vacuum and wax it. I received it my car in better condition than what it was in before the storm hit. They also drove and picked me up from my residence so that I wouldn't need to take an Uber or have a friend drop me off. They also paid my insurance deductible. They also finished everything faster than the quoted time frame that my insurance company told me to expect it to be finished. There are a lot of bad paintless dent repair businesses out there that focus on "burn and turn" and are a complete waste of your time. Erin Lampkin – Richmond, VA Highly Recommend. This was my first time using Universal Auto Hail Repair and I would 100% use them again. From start to finish they provided amazing customer service and answered all my questions. I never had any issues getting anyone on the phone and they worked with me and my time schedule. My car had considerable hail damage and they were able to remove all the dents and you couldn't even tell that my car had been damaged. Universal also covered my insurance deductible and paid for the first day of my rental car until my insurance approved the claim and took over the charge. This repair did not cost me anything out of pocket. |

Gordo Razz – Independence, MO Our 2013 Toyota Camry had $6000 worth of hail damage and Nate and Josh came to our area and I decided to go ahead and get the work done. Needless to say they made our car new again. The owner Troy said that the scratches would remain but they too are gone. They went above and beyond. They are good at what they do. Also, I noticed my turn signal wasn't working and they quickly plugged it back in. Honest mistake and they took accountability for it and fixed the situation. I would recommend anyone to these guys. Troy don't b.s. and I can tell they took pride in their services. Thanks. |

Madison M. – Denver, CO Hands down best service I've ever had. Most friendly staff. My car was supposed to take 10 days and they had it done in four. On top of that they handled everything. All I had to do was drop my car off they took me to car rental place, got me into a car, dealt with the insurance, called me to tell me my car was ready after just four days and then had me on my way. Most beautiful work. Looked like my brand new baby after our April hail storm. Couldn't be happier with the service provided and the so friendly staff!
